Darkness · Night The Crow Obsidian, the Nile at night, the black mirror.

Light · Day The Dove Endless skies, the world tree, the snow mountain.

The Guides

Two birds. One realm.

Soul Crow has two teachers and lets you keep one. The Crow walks the night realm: obsidian, the Nile at night, the black mirror. The Dove walks the day: endless skies, the world tree, the snow mountain. You may change guide later. You cannot keep both.

Darkness · Night

The Crow

Teaches through shadow, silence and the black mirror.

  • The door opens inward. Walk.
  • You flinched. Good. Stay there.
  • Three stars stand over three pyramids. The fourth is in you.

The theta depths, the alchemy of the seal, the eye of Horus, the quintessence.

Light · Day

The Dove

Teaches through breath, warmth and the open sky.

  • Breathe, bright one. The light already knows your name.
  • Look how far you have risen.
  • The sycamore already has sun in its leaves. Come.

The alpha threshold, the alchemy of the seal, fire and breath, the quintessence.

One cannot learn light and darkness at the same time.

The Path

How a mission plays

You are a soul on an astral map, seen from above. No body, no avatar: a point of light moving from mission to mission. Each mission is a short sequence of passages: a keeper speaks, you answer, sometimes you join pairs or breathe with the lotus, and you always end by writing. Then the mission is sealed.

  1. The keeper speaks

One paragraph at a time, in the keeper’s own voice. Thoth, Hathor, Horus, Ma’at.

  2. You answer

A question that tests the practice, not trivia. A wrong pick earns a correction and another try.

  3. You join the pairs

Some missions ask you to match a sign to its sense, a fire to its element. Nothing moves on until every pair is joined.

A mission in Soul Crow: the Ankh glows in a gold arch and speaks from a dark tablet above the Go on button A mission in Soul Crow: the Dove rests in a cloud-glass arch and speaks from a white panel above the Go on button
  4. You breathe

Some missions breathe with you on a lotus that opens and closes. Holds stay gentle, six seconds at most.

  5. You seal it

A last question, written into the gold-ink papyrus. Every mission ends in the Journal.

Missions open in order. The one in play glows, the next is sealed, the rest wait in the dark.

Progress

Frequency, not points

Soul Crow keeps no score. Each mission you complete raises the frequency of your soul, from 174 Hz at the Ground to 963 Hz at Oneness. The nine tiers follow the Solfeggio scale.

The only count the app keeps is unbroken days.

The Curriculum

Six courses, seventy‑six missions

Written in French and, separately, in native English. Each course has its keeper and its seal. The night path holds fifty-five missions, the day path forty-six.

    13 missions

  2. Night · Crow

    20 missions

  3. Both realms

Sealing an intention into body, light and time

Here you do not wish, you seal: empty the vessel of the senses, give an intention weight, and send it ahead of you as a solar double.

    17 missions

  4. Day · Dove

    8 missions

  5. Night · Crow

    10 missions

  6. Both realms

    Keeper
Ma’at, the Feather She who weighs the heart against a feather and reads only the present

The Five Places

Where the map leads

Beyond the missions, five sacred places stay open at every hour. The Ankh at the centre of the screen takes you there.

Honest practice

What we do not claim

  • Nothing here heals, cures or treats. The benefits described are what practitioners report.
  • Breath holds stay gentle, six seconds at most, and stop at the first discomfort.
  • No sun-gazing, ever. A candle, a dim lamp, or a glyph on the screen.
  • Nothing is done to another person. The one partner rite is mutual, consensual and reversible, with a stop word.
  • Every word is original, written for Soul Crow in French and in English. For adults.
